America's Army: Instruments of God Return

By: CJ Scilipote - Published June 27, 2007 at 7:42 PM EDT - Writer Archive
Most teams who retire and return do not have articles written about them every step of the way, however when you are a team as well known and respected as Instruments of God, exceptions are made.
As most people expected, Instruments of God (IoG) have come out of retirement to play in both CEVO (www.cevo.com) and the GGL's AGC (www.armygamingchampionships.com) series of upcoming events.

Back in April, they announced their retirement from America's Army and their Counter Strike: Source team were the only ones left in competition for iog, until they left IoG for iLLicit. Their America's Army roster at the time was faint, hyperlite, insane, madd, spyder, warpain, and zeratul. However, they have decided to once again return to America's Army competition, only this time for money.

Since CEVO and AGC both have big payouts for the top competitors, IoG knew that they had a great chance of walking away with a little bit of cash due to the fact that they were the best team in America's Army for over 2 years. Faint publicly announced their return on IRC for both AGC, also refered to as GGL, and CEVO. From what has been observed, the IoG.aa roster at this time is composed of the following:

Brad "BlackLabel" Dexter
Jazz "FainT" Bizzing*
Scott "herpes" Bissing
Chris "Hyperlite" Bissing
Matt "madd" Wuthrich
Matt "n00kie" Allen
Landon "stalker" Sapp
Logan "warpa1n" Poe

Their roster may be adjusted throughout the season(s) that they remain in competition, but these are their players now from what I can see. We may be able to look forward to IoG once again reigning superior in America's Army competition, along with other top teams such as jCp, oR, and sR
