After an accelerated sign up period for the placement tournament, a list of the sixteen teams that will be competing in the inaugural AA professional placement tournament has been determined. The placement tournament will be a double elimination tournament. This format will ensure that the TOP teams are selected. We are expecting an exceptional amount of quality matches, and will be using the new score bot for all with the cooperation of GotFrag.

The Scheduling Rule
We are using a rule new to America's Army, teams have a date to finish their matches by, and the scheduling is up to them. The rule has been proven by all of CEVO's official games, and with a growing number of leagues becoming available to America's Army, we feel it is the perfect time to introduce it. The default date for CEVO AA is Wednesday, but 11:59pm is the latest you will have to report a match score or speak to the head of division. This rule is going to be used for the placement tournament, but of course with a number of different days as the deadline nights.

Playoff Rules & Maps
Finally, after many hours of deliberation and discussion, we have decided to narrow down the CEVO-P regular season to seven weeks, thus creating an eight team pro division. Each team will play each other once throughout the season, and then move into a double elimination playoff of four teams. The playoff maps will be MOUT Mckenna, Urban Assault, Weapons Cache, Pipeline, and finally Insurgent Camp should a second map be required in the championship.

Amateur Sign Up Deadline
Please notice that this is a tentative date, should we be confident with the amount of teams signed up for amateur by the end of the placement tournament, we will release the schedules for preseason that Wednesday the 18th. We will then enter the late sign up phase for the next seven days, five dollars are added to the sign up for those wishing to skip preseason and sign up late. We suggest teams who are still considering to play not to wait should you will have four players willing to play in the premier league for America's Army, both in terms of customer service and support, but in having the most up to date anti cheat system available.
