America's Army: North American Top 10 Rankings

Our last update was nearly a month ago by Dave Munro who had the incredible task of sorting out a ranking while the major events were in the off season. Things have changed drastically since July, as the GGL's AGC, CAL, CEVO and TWL are all in full bloom.

Well the landscape in the top three has not changed drastically in the past four weeks as overRated continues their dominance of the number one spot in the points department, with Just Cause Project a full hundred twenty seven points behind them it will take some serious falling out in league play for them to stumble.

While other teams have been spreading their rosters thin, and partake in multiple leagues jCp has decided to spend their time practicing for the upcoming CPL event and in CEVO's first season for America's Army. Holding a strong starting four and rotating fifth player, should they do well in Dallas, they could close the gap with oR and make up those one hundred points mention above rather quickly.

sR seems to have taken over as the designated third position team these past few weeks, but finally reason now to worry as Mediocrity! is bitting at their heals. With just a nine point spread between them, changes in the top five are imminent. Both Slow Reaction and Mediocrity have consistently played the same starting four in their tougher matches and this can be attributed to both teams climb into the top four in recent months.

With Slow Reaction housing Becker, Insane, Killa, and Snooze as their chief four players, and Mediocrity laying claim to Chris, Loveline, Spanker, and Wolf as their stars, the competition in America's Army is really heating up. That said, both teams do have a reliable backup in their arsenal in the form of Faceless for Mediocrity and the South African whisp, for Slow Reaction.

Redemption moved down a notch this month with their recent activity problems being the source of their problems. Still, any team that has Mechy at the helm is one to look out for as they charge back onto the AGC in it's final weeks, and prepare for the start of CEVO S1. Redemption recently made a move to drop the TWL Invites due to a dispute with Mediocrity for adding Rainmaker to their roster, and has dropped TWL from their schedule, and has left the league.

Similar to Redemption, IceNine Gaming has fallen a spot to sixth after their announcement that they would be attending this summer's CPL event. Their roster has been confirmed and has been practicing but with such a large roster online they are having problems with consistency. The team though can be devastating when fielding the proper four, usually with banana-!-gun leading in frags who will be consequently in attendance for IceNine at the CPL in Texas.
