On March 1st, 2008, GACGL will begin sign ups for the next installment of America's Army League Competition. In order to help with the community, we have decided to let the community pick the maps for this event. Beginning the same day, we will post a poll of maps we at GACGL are allowing for league competition. Here is how the map selection will work via the week associated:

Pre-season Week 1 - Community Picked Map
Pre-season Week 2 - Community Picked Map
Bye Week
Season 3 Week 1 - GACGL Picked Map
Season 3 Week 2 - Community Picked Map
Season 3 Week 3 - Community Picked Map
so on and so forth....

Total number of weeks will depend SOLELY on the number of teams participating. So if you're clan currently supports more than 1 squad, or your clan is big enough to host 2 or more groups, why not increase your chances of winning and register more than 1 team. Of course with GACGL gameplay, if you are apart of a squad, you must participate in that squad and no other. If you're team drops GACGL, or becomes inactive during league play, an email submission must be made in order to allow you to participate in another team. Only once a season will this be allowed.

In regards to map selections, we at GACGL realize that not all maps are going to be able to be used, and that there are some maps that individuals or groups do not care to participate on. We respect your views and opinions in this regard, but we remind you that if GACGL picks a map for competition, there is a reason for it. Please do not question the choice, and do not "flame" us because of the map.
