America's Army: Radiance moves to Legacy Sports

By: Shawn Stanley - Published April 22, 2008 at 11:21 PM EDT - Writer Archive
Radiance after a successful season in CEVO-A move onto a new name and organization.
Radiance has been the center of many controversial topics including their recent pickup's to the lineup. Although they remain at the center of criticism they just recently pulled off a CEVO-A title and now a new organization to help build future online titles. The team currently has plans on attending the LAN in Chicago this Summer representing their new name under Legacy and hopefully proving their skill on LAN. The team will be competing in CAL, CEVO and FGL leagues this up coming season.

Michael Bawtinheimer of Legacy chimmed in with a couple comments about his newest team, "We are very excited about our newest division. The core of this team played for Legacy E-sports before briefly falling apart, re-assembling, and then winning Cevo-a. I remained in contact with a couple of the players, and when I was approached about the team re-joining I knew this was a step in the right direction. We know that they will demonstrate the same amount of professionalism as they showed us before, both online, and at the AA lan this summer. Through this team Legacy is hoping to expand both our community, and the AA competitive community. With many major organizations dipping into the AA tank, we feel we have hooked onto a great team, and we know they will represent our name, and our values, with enthusiasm."
