Q&A

My team is planning on staying for a few extra nights other than the two nights that the LAN discount is good for. Do I still get a discount for those nights? How do I go about doing this?
Unfortunately only the two nights (Friday July 18th into Saturday July 19th and Saturday July 19th into July 20th) are at the discounted rate. However, if you wish to stay more than those 2 nights, the hotel recommends that you make your reservations via telephone so they can accommodate you and give you those 2 nights discounted and any other nights you need at the normal rate.

I want to book my room now, do I need to pay in full at the time of my reservation?
All you need to reserve your room is a credit card. The credit card will hold your reservation and no payments will be made until you arrive at the hotel. Once you arrive at the hotel, the method of payment is your choice.
