America's Army: Hendrix Released From Mediocrity

By: Nicholas Huber - Published August 27, 2008 at 9:17 PM EDT - Writer Archive
One of Mediocrity's starters, Hendrix, was officially released from the team last week (8/22/08).
Andrew "Hendrix" Girdler was officially released from Team Mediocrity on Friday (8/22/08) due to what Chris "chrones" Sansone basically called inactivity on the team's Ventrilo server.

Team Mediocrity has decided to release Hendrix from it's AA squad. Over the past match it had become very apparent that this team was no longer a proper fit for him. We wish him well in his future endeavors.

After talking with Chris Sansone about this issue, he has stated that the team would allow for Hendrix to come back to the team; however, in an unofficial statement that Hendrix gave me over Xfire, he really doesn't care about being released.

This comes right before the team sets to face Just Cause Project in the CAL-I finals, which is a best out of three match-up. Sansone also stated that Hendrix would have been a "good addition map dependent".
