America's Army: GotFrag Predictions: CAL-I Week 3

By: Nicholas Huber - Published November 06, 2008 at 1:56 AM EST - Writer Archive
GotFrag takes a look at Week 3 of CAL Invite and invites two invite-caliber players to make their predictions at this week's match ups. This week's match will be played on Woodland Outpost.

As week three of CAL-I actions gets ready for Thursday, GotFrag, once again, brings you our new prediction format that we unveiled to the viewers last season. This all new prediction series will deliver short and sweet descriptions of each match from CAL-I caliber players. We will be bringing in a guest predictor each week, and each predictor has one sentence to predict an outcome on a match and why. This week's match will be played on Woodland Outpost.

This week's guest predictors are Louis "CommieKid" Brill, formerly of 2n Gaming, and Reece "flip" Brown of No Said Date.

Mediocrity! vs. Audigy

Although both teams will not try, I predict Mediocrity to take this match. Spanker is attempting a return to America's Army, and if he shows up I'm sure he'll be the deciding factor for this match.

I have a feeling this will be close but Mediocrity will win by a couple rounds, because Audigy doesn't care about AA.

banana_gun has been purposefully leaving his game open to mask the amount of hours he has played this week. Although I would like to see No Said Date defeat the video game addicts, jCp will undoubtedly take this one.

Just Cause Project  is going to destroy us because we get lost on Woodland [Outpost].

IceNine.™ vs. Ironmen

IceNine is on Inno's Jihad list, but nonetheless they will take this match. Both teams have been fairly inactive in terms of practice and scrimmaging, but IceNine will win this match followed by a cheating dispute.

IceNine will dominate the European warriors, because wh!z can see clear across the map.

epiC vs. No Excuses

epiC had a forfeit loss last week. The team has been suffering due to Misery and company leaving. If epiC shows with a full roster, this match could be close ,but I don't see that happening. nOEx will take this one.

I'm pretty sure epiC is dead, so nOEx will take the forfeit win.
