Prizes:

° Premier bracket: $2,000 cash for 1st plus white shirts and Monster Cup, $1000 HB for 2nd, and a case of Monster per person for 3rd plus a fabulous EA computer game!

° Secondary bracket: $800 HB for 1st, $400 HB for 2nd, and T-shirts for 3rd

Cost: $25 per person League Fee paid with registration plus game time purchases on tournament days. Registration will take place between June 4 and June 18 and must occur at Howie’s Game Shack with the entire team paid for at the same time.

Overview: A three week BF2 league capped off with one day dual tournaments (one for the top eight teams, and one for the bottom eight) where the prizes will be handed out. The top eight and bottom eight will be determined by the win/loss records of the teams, and in the result of a tie, the ultimate ticket score will determine the placement. Each week, teams will play other teams with similar records (2-0 teams will play 2-0, 1-1 teams will play 1-1, etc.). At the end of the three weeks, the top eight teams will compete in the premier bracket for the premier prizes, and the bottom eight teams will compete in the secondary bracket for the secondary prizes. A team must have at least 5 members present to compete each week. If there are not five members present by 3:05pm, the team forfeits the match and receives a loss on their record.

Maps: Original BF2 16 player maps will be used. The maps used for each week’s match will be randomly drawn the week before to allow for team practice. Possible maps: Kubra Dam, Daqing Oil Fields, Mashtuur City, Dragon Valley, Fushe Pass, Gulf of Oman, Dalian Plant, and Songhua Stalemate.

Rounds: During the three week series, the winning team is determined by winning the best of five rounds (alternating teams each round). The first two rounds of the tournament will be determined by best of five matches, with the final round being a best of seven.

Elimination: The final tournament will be a single elimination, so getting a good seed is extremely important (Team seeded #1 plays team seeded #8, #2 plays #7, etc.).

Rules: No unlocked weapons are allowed, everything else is a go!

We are only accepting 16 teams, so get your team together and get signed up. Remember, the entire team fee must be paid in order to sign up for the leagues. Thanks
