U 1st need to download it. Once u have done that,put it into your main folder. Directory should be like this: D:\Activision\Call Of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main\Demos
If you havent got a demo folder then create one. Then download a COD4 player. Really easy to use. Then run it,and select the demo. Then it will boot cod4 and the demo will begin.
