I'm thinking about buying razor deathadder. I have icemat glass pad and I would like to know your opinions about how this mouse "works" with icemat pad.
I'd reccomend getting a Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical. The size of the icemat keeps you from using it to its full potential (i.e. wasting your money) and the WMO is much lighter, which means a lot gaming on a zero-friction surface. Just use some teflon tape or pads.
Don't ask about mice here, all you will get is opinion, and what mouse people own.
Deathadders are technically one of the bests mice out, a lot of people have them. So, I would get a DA plus any trusted mouse pad, everglide titan, razer mantis ect.

The Deathadder is a great mouse, I recently switched over from the MX518. If you are a palm-style player and have average to larger hands, then this is your mouse. It's responsive, smooth, and accurate. I use it with the razer exactmat, good combination. Recommended.

I want to bump this a little bit because I own icemat 2nd edition and I want to buy razer deathadder and im wondering if this will work without problems
I've used both the DeathAdder and am currently using MX518, and I can say that I much prefer the MX518. I've used both on a Everglide Titan and QcK+.
MX518 overall has better tracking, is more precise, feels overall sturdier, and fits great in your hand (if you have tiny hands, DO NOT get this mouse). My only complaint is it can be slippery if your hands sweat, and the mousewheel feels cheaper than the DAs. I've been using it over 6 months now and it still feels like new.
DA is a great mouse as well, I just have a few problems with it. The major one being how many are faulty. My first one was broken the day I got it. The replacement lasted a year, and then the third one I had lasted half a year, then started feeling less precise, and the rubber on the top of it started peeling off. I also feel that the side buttons can be accidentally pressed too easily. The mousewheel is awesome, very noticeable every time it scrolls, and a huge mousewheel so it's hard to miss it. It is much smaller than the MX518 and does not feel as comfortable in your hand.
The nice part about DA is the rubber, so even if you are sweating there is still fairly good grip on the mouse. The MX518's grip is fine, you won't lose the mouse or anything, it just feels quite grimy and the buttons feel a little slippery is all. But again if you don't have the sweaty hands problem, MX518 hands down.
i hate icemats i think i gave mine away...just hated the sound/feel of the mouse sliding on it i also have mx518 deathadder copperhead diamondback i think i like the deathadder the best, but the 518 is also good
it wont work. i dunno what mice are even good on an icemat. i hear a lot of mice dont track well on it. you need a different pad if u get the deathadder.
