basically i reformated yesturday from xp 64bit to vista 64bit.i havent been able to use my razer deathadder properly since, if i use the mouse 4 and 5 buttons to change the dpi from 1800 to 450, the deathadder driver acknowledges it but doesnt actually change the dpi whn i try to update from firmware 1.10 to 1.25 it attempts to install/upgrade to it and just freezes. i have reinstalled the drivers 3 times downloaded the drivers again 3 times, still no luck most probalby not having the lastest firmware is the problem, anybody got any ideas? or had the same problem?

Did you install vista 64bit drivers ? Sounds like you just went and installed your old drivers that were before vista?
