Tek-9's recent form earns them the top spot in the world rankings while Serious are forced into second place following their recent inactivity. Both sides have shown incredible consistency in 2007 however, with Tek-9 winning WSVG Dallas and OOF2 and Serious dominating at shgOpen and CPC2. Pandemic sit in a close third as the highest ranked North American team with 20ID and Flow languishing a number of places below them. Logitech.fi and eSuba complete the top five following a series of impressive offline performances from the pair in recent months. H2k.QPad and Tempkids are surprise additions at 6th and 10th respectively but it would be hard to argue they don't deserve it after their recent form at OOF2 and in the EuroCup. Notable absentees from the first world rankings include Dignitas who have failed to live up to expectations in 2007.

North American Rankings

Pandemic, 20ID and Flow remain head and shoulders above the competition in the North American rankings with Check Six still needing to make up for their poor showing at WSVG Dallas. Both 20ID and Flow have made roster changes since that event but neither side seems in worse shape as a result and Flow in particular look a lot tougher with the addition of some ex-ENE players. The new Enervate lineup sits in 5th place while the remaining five teams have a lot of work left to do to confirm they can compete with the teams above them.

European Rankings

10United Kingdom Team Dignitas-7300

Tek-9 and Serious swap positions while Logitech.fi move up to 3rd in the European rankings. Right now nobody can match the consistency of the top two but Logitech and new entry eSuba have come closest recently. Speedlink drop from 5th to 6th following some average performances and recent lineup changes but this is nothing compared to Dignitas who remain in freefall, sitting currently in 10th. H2k.Qpad, Tempkids, HFD and Impact are the teams taking advantage with the Dutch side moving up from 9th and the other three appearing in the top 10 for the first time.
