Multiplay's i31 Call of Duty 2 tournament heads towards the final stages with the opening playoff matches underway. Dignitas progressed through the group stages as expected but not without a minor hiccup as they drew with LLTC on Burgundy. Regardless they are through to the next round now and will be joined by the other favorites - Reason, eSource and Devoted - who topped their respective groups.

The title of "best in Britain" is on offer and regardless of the money up for grabs, these teams are going to give it their all. The race is on to take down Dignitas and steal their crown, but is there any one up to the challenge? The chasing teams certainly have the talent, LLTC showed that, but whether they have the experience to perform under pressure is another question entirely.

Update: Dignitas put in an impressive performance in the Grand Final, taking down Devoted 13 to 3 on Burgundy. They take the £500 top prize and should regain some confidence going into their next international events. Devoted and the Reason mixed team take second and third respectively and can be pleased with their performances.
