GotFrag's Bram Segers sits down with Joep "joepoe" van de Eerenbeemt from H2k.Qpad ahead of the playoffs at the CoD-Gamer LAN in Paris, France. ![]() Bram Segers: How has the event gone so far for you? Joep "joepoe" van de Eerenbeemt: Pretty great, our tactics seem to work even though we didn't have any time to perfect them. Especially the match against TLR went surprisingly well. How well prepared do you feel you are here? I think we're prepared decently, with more time we could have tested much more things, but considering the time given and the ruleset that kept changing I think were ok. Do you think you can take the top spot here in Paris? If we keep up the focus and play like we did in the group stage, I think we could take the victory here. How well has your team adapted to Call of Duty 4? My team adapt quickly to new games and because CoD4 is kind of a teamplay game, and has less tactics were picking it up real quick. Who do you see as your biggest rivals in Europe right now? I don't think I can give a decent answer here, the game is out for about a week and over the upcoming month we'll see who's good and who's not. Do you see Call of Duty 4 surpassing it's predecessors in terms of LAN support? Yes this game is faster, intenser and much more fun to watch than CoD2, I do hope we can keep some perks in so it will not become an updated CoD2. What is your favorite new feature in Call of Duty 4? Sprint, because it makes the game so much faster then the other Call of Duty games. The worst feature has got to be the insane flame from everyone about the perks etc etc, this is a new game with new options !!! deal with it ! |
