Call Of Duty: Reason announce Call of Duty 4 squad

Dale "Dales" Jones and Mark "rzE" Rzepka join up with the i32 CoolerMaster lineup as the new Reason-Gaming CoD4 squad.
With Trainee and Torsh deciding to go inactive, Reason needed to bring in new talent and after a number of weeks in testing, they are ready for action. The new side, described by Reason manager Ben Dalloway as a "reshuffle", sees former Superman and Dignitas star Dales return to action and also features two new faces in Vasquez and rzE. Vasquez impressed for TCM alongside Niggle and Benn at i32 and obviously did enough to warrant his inclusion in the new team. The final player, rzE, is relatively inexperienced compared to some of his new teammates but will hope to bring his extensive Soldier of Fortune 2 experience to bear in CoD4.

The team are aiming to attend i33 and CDC4 but, as mentioned above, a significant portion of this Reason side lined up for Team CoolerMaster at i32. Narrowly missing out on a spot in the final, the team eventually finished in a respectable third place, taking home £500 ($1,044). More of the same will be expected from the new lineup and Niggle and Karl will in particular be aiming to reproduce this form on the international stage. Reason's greatest triumph came at CPC2 where they overcame the likes of Speedlink to eventually finish level with Dignitas and the new side will be looking to go one step further come CDC4.

Reason's new six man roster will line up as follows.

Ireland Karl
United Kingdom Niggle
United Kingdom Benn
United Kingdom Vasquez
United Kingdom Dales
United Kingdom rzE

Ben Dalloway announced the news on reason-gaming.net.
"Tonight we have the pleasure of announcing our reshuffled COD4 lineup. After taking a break towards the end of COD2, Mike "trainee" Harper and Torstein "torsh" Auensen have decided they do not want to play COD4 on a competitive level anymore. This left a couple of spots open in the team and meant we could revert back to an all UK lineup. We are sad to see Mike and Torsh go but at the same time are extremely pleased to welcome Dale, Carl and Mark to the team. All three are great guys and we wish them a bright future in Reason-Gaming."

The team's sole Irish representative also gave a brief statement to GotFrag.
"Coming into CoD4 we decided to focus on building an all UK lineup to represent Reason-Gaming. We took a couple of weeks to see the talent that was available and after trialling a few players, we took in rzE, Dales and Vasquez. They bring a lot of potential to the team and we all get along great. We will be preparing for the upcoming CDC and i33 LANs that are scheduled for early 2008. I would like to thank Reason-Gaming and our sponsors for their continued support and trust they have put in myself and Niggle."
