Call Of Duty: Champions at last

TLR stormed to a commanding lead with Dignitas left looking out of their depth. Ten to two was the score at half time and Aulie was shellshocked.

"To be honest I thought we were gonna lose, I was going emo over being 10-2 down and not having a proper mic which f***ed up our communication, but after SKO had a little inspirational speach in teamchat we decided to f**k it and just go for it and play as good as we know we can on district, and It worked".

Dignitas took round after round with Chris "blackmane" Kinnair again the star for the UK side. The 17 year old nullified the threat of "SoCLoN" and dominated TLR all over the map.

"Words can't describe how important blackmane was for us" admits Aulie, "I rate him as the best sniper in Europe without a doubt, he gets so many important kills with the sniper for us. Very, very, very important!"

Inspired by their star sniper, Dignitas took the game to overtime and pulled off a win nobody saw coming. The TLR fans were silenced and now it was the cheers of the Dignitas supperters that could be heard with every frag.

Bas "SKO" Dirks
In the space of three weeks, Dignitas had gone from also-rans at CDC to champions at i33. When questioned as to what was the difference between then and now, Aulie says one word, "SKO". The team's enigmatic new captain, Bas "SKO" Dirks, was brought into the side to turn things around and, judging on this weekend's evidence, he has done just that.

"SKO has brought so much to the team. He came into the team, saw what was wrong and fixed it. He made us more disciplined and fixed our comms, we are playing way better as a team now and SKO's one of the biggest reasons for that. I've seen us improving so much after CDC its really insane".

So, with the i-series title back in the Dignitas trophy case, what now for a side once considered overrated and long past it?

"I see us as a top three team in Europe now, without being cocky" Aulie says. "If we continue playing like we did before this event, and the way we've played in the playoffs, I definitely see us a top three team". Only time will tell..
