Call Of Duty: ChimPae forms new MoBdeep team

ChimPae has put together a second MoB.CoD4 team to compete online and on LAN.
Just over one month ago, MoB Gaming merged with Phoenix to compete under the MoB banner in CEVO-P. The team saw success in winning five of their final seven regular season games and secured themselves the sixth and final playoff entrance. Through this time, though, things have not gone swimmingly for former MoB leader, Matt “ChimPae” Gomez. Gomez was sat for the team’s make or break 8:1 match against 20ID which was, for all intents and purposes, an early playoff round. Furthermore, he was informed that the team would be looking for a new player or two during the off-season. Instead of riding pine, ChimPae decided to form a new team.

His new team, which will continue to be represented under the MoB family, contains an assortment of season 1 standouts. g0rd0 from Dynamic, spec from 20id, mav from Eximius, and dacrez from Bloodline and frag`dom will be joining ChimPae as the starting five. When asked about the decision to start fresh, ChimPae replied: “With my recent problems with the first MoB team (phoenix merger) that I was a part of, I decided to look to build another team to represent MoB alongside the one I originally built. This group of players to me has the true dedication and patience to start from scratch and rise to the top of the CoD4 NA scene. Alongside that, they are a group of players that haven't been known for achieving success at the highest level... yet... and that will only work to our advantage as they will want to strive to achieve success at a high level. With this roster's mentality and skill I believe that we will make a statement at NERV in June and hopefully be given the opportunity to go beyond.” As with any new team, they will be relegated to competing in open and amateur divisions throughout the leagues but perhaps, in time, we will see them competing alongside the game’s best.

Roster:

 Matt “ChimPae” Gomez
 Stephen “Mav” Groat
 Gabriel “SpEc-” Beltre
 Ryan “dacrez” Dacres
 Arturo “g0rd0” Ferrer

 Max “reiger” Reiger
 Jasper “Jasper” Titus
 Michael “landry” Landry
