Eight teams are left to fight over the final four Professional bids.
In true CEVO fashion, the rules of the game are subject to change at any time, for any reason. This time, two new teams have been added to the CEVO-Professional placement tournament two rounds late. Despite not being seeded for the event nor officially recognized as participants until round three, Ineffable and MugNMouse (formerly Weekend Warriors or Awakening) get a chance to forge their way into CEVO-P s2. Ineffable have already been eliminated, losing their round 1 (or was it round 3) match to itsOver 13-6. MNM, on the other hand, easily defeated United Gamers 13-7 and advance to match FocaL.
As a result of these additions, concerns arose over last minute scheduling and the final round was pushed back until Monday night. Only four vacancies remain in the Professional division; Monday night will see eight teams go head to head for those final spots. Among the remaining teams are season one Professional club FocaL, CEVO-A champions Dynamic, and NERV standouts MoBdeep. The battlefield is mp_backlot and you can expect that everyone is preparing their hardest for what will most certainly be a night of season-defining matches.
