Team x3o has just announced the addition of Preston "juv3nile" Dornon and Robert "Sintax" Ryan to their CoD4 team. Since he no longer wants to play competitive CoD, Sean "apo$tle" McGrath has been moved to the inactive list until his contract expires. Also, Russell "in$ight" Kuperberg will now be a backup for the team.

"Sean decided to focus more on playing WoW and his new job," said team captain Robert "griM_" Koster. "Insight will be placed as a back up because we felt he wasn't playing his best as of late."

The roster change marks the x3o organization's renewed commitment to having a presence in the competitive Call of Duty scene. Managing Director, Nick Fitzsimmons commented on the new lineup.

"I was concerned while the community decided between Call of Duty 4 and 5, however now that the dust has settled, I am confident in our decisions. This new lineup will reinvigorate our Call of Duty division and I am very excited to attend LANs with them."

Both Dornon and Ryan expressed their excitement to be a new part of the x3o team, and are looking forward to playing events with their new team.

"I’m happy to be joining x3o," said Dornon. "I was looking for a new team since CoD4 came back and x3o has the monetary backing that I was looking for. It’s also good to be joining a stable team that I know will be around for quite awhile. Hopefully with me and Sintax, we can take the CoD4 division to another level and start competing for top 3 or better in North America."

"I'm excited to be playing with x3o," said Ryan. "It's a talented team of like-minded guys who I think will be able to go far." - Ryan

The captain of x3o CoD, Robert "griM_" Koster, also relayed his happiness with the new line-up.

"I am extremely excited about both Preston and Rob joining the team. They are both highly respected players in the community and I forsee a great season/lans ahead of us! Welcome to the family guys!!"

You can see the new team in action in the upcoming GotFrag CoD4 tournament, along with the CEVO-P Season 3 Placement Tournament, where the team is seeded first. They will also be participating at NERV 3 LAN and ETS LAN.
