Two days of matches have put us in the third round for both the upper and the lower brackets. With both the 14th and 16th seeded teams still remaining in the upper bracket, the case might just be made against random seeding next time around.

Also still remaining in the upper bracket, are Hostile Faction, who has yet to allow a team to get to double digits in rounds against them. Something tells me that they might not be able to say the same against Pure, who has been grinding their way through the tournament so far. All four remaining teams in the upper bracket have been moved to CEVO-P for season three.

Competition in the lower bracket is more important than ever, as teams can just taste that highly sought after CEVO-P spot. More likely than not, one more win for the teams in the lower bracket will land them in the prestigious online league. Update: Since the four teams in the upper bracket have already qualified for a CEVO-P spot, those matches will not be played.
