chill guys, coL just played this tourny cuz they missed 1.6, its not like they're still playing it now. They probrably didnt even practice, they just thought it'd be a cool thing to do over the weekend. Of course if they didnt practice they would get rolled by pgs, but they have been playing source for like 3 months. Give them a break, they won a tourny that they entered for fun.

They havent praticed anything so you cant blaim them for being bad, I know that Zet has got alot of critic witch i think is bad beacuse Counter-stirke is a teamplay and not a 1 man job. In my opinion Zet could play better 1.6 but he probably needs some practise sence he has probably played alot of Source ;D

its so funny how like half a year ago kids would be on coLs nuts and use it as their reason for not playing source, and now they hate coL cause they went to source. 1.6 is inevitably dead, competitive games run on sponsors. why would intel want to sponsor a game in which you dont need a new intel processor for?? with that being said, coL won a 1.6 tournament with little / no practice, however if they played a really good international team (SK,MYM,fnatic,pentagram etc.) of course they would have gotten rolled, they had hardly any practice.

if 1.6 is dead why has everyother tournament aside from the entirely unproven cgs chosen 1.6?

of course they lost, playing source for that long really affected their skill in 1.6. If they would play only 1.6 and train hard, they could be top 5 worldwide, that's for sure.

Guys, calm down. We know nothing, it's pointless to judge coL in 1.6 now.
If CGI is over, they'll switch back to 1.6 again and with a little practice, they are top 5 again.

They didn't even practice and it doesn't matter if they won this tourney by one round.
What counts is, that they won. If PGS/MYM/mibr etc. wins a tournament by one round, it'll the same : That team have won, that's it. Well you can get embarassed but nobody cares, neither the team that won with one round more.

coL didn't play that good, yes, but considering they didnt practice they showed they still could come back to 1.6 and would be one of the best teams of the world.

You shouldn't deny that.
