Drax from check6 brings us fixes for the most common flash bugs.

de_nuke - ramp box fixed
de_dust2 - boxes outside B fixed
de_train - all of the walls outside are fixed

I like how Drax makes 1.6 better, and doesn't even play it ^_^ Source could use these pathches daily.
