You're probably thinking, "Oh no, not another no name scrub complaining about getting banned by VAC". If you were one of the individuals banned on tuesday you'll be happy to find out that you are more than likely no longer VAC2 banned. I've yet to find any information on steampowered.com or a valve related website but there must've been an error at some point during a VAC2 update.
I found it odd that I was banned, because I haven't used cheats but I decided not to whine about it. If you find yourself still banned, sorry but you got caught so die.
Anyway, to all the people that flamed people for getting banned when they were telling the truth, ha!
And if a moderator deems it neccessary to nuke this post, please take the time to PM with a reason. At least let me understand what I did wrong, if its deemed so.
cool, I remember during VAC1 i got banned from my favorite server. It detected a cheat on me of some kind and automaticaly banned me from just that server, i could play on all the other ones. Then it was a bitch to get unbanned untill VAC reported false/error bannings.
My friend never use any kind of hax, and he got banned fro VAC, and nobody from steam care if u got banned, they don't have phone number u can complain, really stupid, and if u send them through mail, they never reply back, sucks.
yah #5, i like just finished a scrim, then i go to another one and i'm vacced? it was lame, but i wasnt really that angry so i just didnt play the rest of the day and kinda hoped itd fix itself. luckily it did.
LordBlade if I was fetus or one of the kids from defunct #ca! I would respond with, "You should" or "You would" but you're lucky they haven't found this yet.
#23 If you are referring to me. My reason for being passive is due to the FAQ answer to VAC bans on steampowered support ticket system. It clearly states VAC does not make mistakes and bans will not be lifted for anything. What is the point in getting worked up over it if any evidence you provide or words you speak are going to be overlooked and not heard? It's just not worth the energy in my mind. It's rather pointless to post on any forum complaining you were vac'ed unjustly because an immature group of people will respond with no idea of ones legitmacy and call them a hacker, again a waste of energy.
I have two accounts, one that is a full platnium package and one of that is just cs 1.6. I quit playing CS for two years, so I had to buy a new account last christmas but remember my old account a month or so ago after doing a little CAL research.
I know that if you run the ESEA Client and join a VAC secured server you get a strike put on your Steam ID. So i know people that have been VACed for that.

LOL hlgaurd baned me yesterday from some random cs_office server saying i had "code2 awp script" it poped up after my first frag on the map wich was from an AK ....
i was thinkin the same thing #27, i thought i might send an email asking if they could tell me WHEN i got caught cheating to see if maybe someone elses was using my acct, but there was no way i expected to get unbanned by asking them, lol
i was wondering wat the heck happened last night, it said i got banned from secure servers. and i never cheated on that account, im gonna try it tonight and see if its unbanned. thanks for the info #1

i got my 3 digit vac1 banned cause i was stupid and tried cheats, but now its unbanned and im loving going around and showing my leet 3 digit steamaccount ;p

one of my friend got VAC banned in the middle of a match during a LAN tourney. (CS 1.5) he couldnt play the second half of that match and all next others.
he got unbanned the week later after sending an email to valve. the drivers of his video card were detected as a cheat.

you dont pay weekly for steam, its their best interest, money wise, that you get banned. we all know you will buy another copy of cs and thats more money for them.
