3.00ghz 1gig RAM
vcard:
ATi radeon x1600pro agp 256mb 8x
get 99-100fps constant max 5 ppl in serv.
sometimes spikes from 99-100-99-98-70-80-99-100 etc...
all settings were turned to lowest, with vsync off and didnt' change anything.

(the fps between low and high settings are the same)
