Moviemaking -AE-Tutorials

Im working on a Movie about the GG2007, i control Vegas Video very good, but with Adobe After Effects you got many more Options than in Vegas.
So if you know some good Tutorials on the Web, pls post a Link to them, you would help me a lot, to make the GameGune 2007-Movie to a good Movie.

Fella named Kindred did some tut's for AE, check own-age or style-productions for links.

i have a doubt about that, after effects is used to edit the uncompressed clips or to add effects to the rendered media?

once you learn the basics of after effects it's a hell of alot easier than it looks. not to mention after effects was made for video editing whereas vegas was originally an audio production program.
