cs 1.6 dedicated servers

1) how many servers per pc (amd am2 4400x2 , 2 gig ram) + 20 megabit dedicated fiber , could possibly be run?

2) any GOOD config for hlds ping booster?

3) any good SERVER config overall?

im going to build a server from a amd3000 2gigs of ram + fios

if you know of a good site that helps you threw step by step on building a nice linux box pm me on gotfrag. also msg me a config on gotfrag if you can. :D
