Just download some hacks if you want easier to control recoil. Why bother trying to get your video drivers to do it for you? As for FPS just run at 800x600. You've got a capable system. You shouldn't even need to tweak it. Just don't be like some scrubs.. Running Adobe Photoshop and Vegas Video 8 in a match.
