Someone explain to me why you would want to bankrupt google anyway? Take it as you have never worked for them/had any friends that have worked for them :p.
#3 is right, except google isn't profiting off of the donations, all the donations are going to burma relief, not to google, you just donate through a page they provide so they can count how much donate as well

you put 40,00,000 which i assume is 4,000,000 which is 4 million x 100$ a person = 400 million?
google says they will hand over 1 million for relief, leaving 399 million for google to profit off of.
