Teflon tape vs Mouse SKates

I was Wondering If anyone has used both of these, Teflon tape meaning the big roll you can get at Home Depo or Lowes, and which you think is better in the long run meaning: durability, cost, and how effective

I've used teflon mouseskates, those worked very well.

well i currently use either a 3.0 or mx518 and i have noticed that the skates get worn out very fast on my S&S

hyperglides are the only way to go

well yes i currently have hyper glides on both my 3.0 and mx518 and they get worn out in like 2 weeks of heavy using on my S&S, so i was wondering if anyone used teflon tape and how it went compared to just hypers
