nvidia setting driver

hi, i dont know what to put in my settings on my nvidia driver if u can help me its will be great.

that my computer:

(CPU2) Intel� Pentium� 4 CPU 3.00GHz @ 3000MHz (MSI MS-7058 mainboard) (RAM) 512MB, 134.45MB free (HDDs) 111GB, 77.2GB free
(VGA1) NVIDIA GeForce 6200 TurboCache(TM) (256MB), 1024x768x32, 85Hz (OS) Microsoft Windows XP Professional (SP2), 5h 7s uptime, 20h 1m 53s uptime record

i can use -freq 120 in cs [i need settings for fps and recoil]

u dont need settings u need dick!

It's preference, some people play with both of those completely off.. or just use the global settings like #2 said, quality if your fps is fine or performance if your fps is dropping.
