Why do they win the knife round on de_nuke de_inferno only to start as T? I can't figure that out... or they just pity mtw and give them a champion?? that's too much...
SpawN, you are the all-time best! We'll miss you, man. WOW, wait a moment, he's back! SPAWN > ALL
During IM placement, after winning the knife round we picked T. Why? Because our T side was worse than our CT side. So we'd win as many rounds as possible and then just obliterate them on CT. Seemed easiest for us.
Fnatic have a standard deviation (risk) of losing at 0.04
as CT's, their parameters (limits defined by function y) are between -7.5 and 3.34. In essence, they have either a chance of winning as CT's on inferno by about 3 rounds, all the way down to losing by 7 rounds as experienced today with their loss of 11-4 as CT's.
However, as terrorists, their lower limit is bound by 6 and their upper limit now bound by 12.9! That's a whoppingly large chance to score 6-13 rounds as T's on inferno!
So there's the statistics.
In conclusion, #18 is Lu1s Vacan and Midway
#1 GotFrag Helper/Troll/Companion. #1 CS Player in Australia. #1 Love-Maker and/or 1-Bullet Deagler.
Pick your strong side, hoping for momentum or Pick your weak side, hoping to get a fair amount, and then relying on your stronger side
It is just a mental thing, regardless of what anyone else will tell you.
My team generally picks T side first (train, nuke, etc.) because we are almost always better on T side. If you are a good attacking team, it also gives you reassurance when you switch to the "easier" side of the map. In the end, it is all mental.
It's none of the above answers, as the attacking team, your gunrounds cost much less than a CT's, 4800 for full buy as a T, 5300 for CT (ish). If you continuously keep them losing guns, or you win rounds, it makes it harder and harder for them to buy, therefore giving you easy rounds.
QUOTE:15 TERMINAT0R fnatic has usually had a stronger t side than ct on most maps even tho there ct side is good to. same with mym
teams like sk and mtw are the ones that have amazing ct sides and sub par t sides.
mtw has sub par T sides? remember eswc where they took back nuke at t side 11-4 or even 12-3 to draw against mym? can't remember other specifics but there were other matches like this from mtw, so I wouldn't call their T side sub par, not on nuke at least. inferno you're right though, but inferno is a hard t map for any team, even fnatic (who are sick as T on train/nuke)
fnatic over confident?
shocking, i know.
crazy, right?
- 11/4 as T
- 4/11 as CT
still wondering why ?

I think that makes more sense than the edward stuff. But u need to give us statistics to support ur point.
terminator show up pls¬¬¬¬¬¬¬lol
