right so im used to 100hz but lately when i start cs it defaults back to 60hz i run the game at 640x480 i have -freq 100 in launch options i have set 640x480 to 100hz in reforce ati radeon x700 with omega drivers
sometimes if i randomly restart/tab cs along with turning my monitor on and off i can get it to start in 100hz but it takes so long.
