hi i was reading the cs101 stories , as i understood u should keep ur cl_updaterate same as the sv_maxupdaterate which is 30 and what about this and type ex_intrep 0 bla bla its really little complicated can any 1 here who understand this stuff very good explain to me which options are the best for game speically if its on lan , ty

#1 sv_maxupdaterate is at the default on how many servers nowadays? Hardly any because the server providing companies know to change it and they don't want their servers to be baddy.

cl_updaterate 100
ex_interp 0
rate is capped at 20k. Higher than 100 cmdrate is pointless. Same with updaterate especially if you're using ex_interp 0.
