If I'm not mistaken the last time EG played mTw, EG lost in best out of 3 to mTw. But they beat mTw on train which might be the map they're playing. EG has played inferno twice already and dust2 once, so it's either nuke or train.
#7 I have no clue... hah I'm just assuming because they've already played inferno twice and dust2 once that it will either be train or nuke. If they play train it will definitely be in EG's favor although their chances aren't looking to good if they need to get 20 rounds
