max fps

i have an lcd so i use -freq 75 should i set my fps to fps_max 76 or fps_max 101????

If you want your rifles to shoot slow then 76. If you want your rifles to shoot fast then 101.

im on a laptop with refresh rate capped at 60.. what do i do? D:
