apparently my isp needed to do "maintenance" in my area, so they came to my house and replaced my modem with a new one. ever since then i've been experiencing alot of lag and ping issues, i've even tried opening ports and what not, i'm pretty sure i did it right, but my ping still goes from 40-300 in all servers...

i've tried restarting my modem, turning it off for a while and nothing seems to work..
has anyone else had a similar problem or know how to fix mine?
