HLTV Demo voice bugged

I downloaded a HLTV demo, and there's ingame voice, but it is sounding like sh1t, what are the commands to make it sound correct?

#3 it should do, load a map up in lan mode and input the settings then load up the demo

you have to go to new game and create your own game. type those commands in disconnect then start demo. i dont know if it will work if you have already put the commands in while watching demo or in a server.
