IE 3.0 scrollwheel

Whats the best way to clean out under the scroll wheel for the IE 3.0?

If you've ever had it im sure you all know
how the scroll wheel tends to get dirty and starts
to stick & track slowwwwwly like a wheelchair in rocks.

anyone have a good method on cleaning it
without going dr. 90210 on it and taking it apart?

put it underwater

Call microsoft, tell them you broke it, make something up and they'll send you a new CLEAN one without you having to send in your working one.

microsoft doesnt make i.e 3.0's anymore and
i dont have a warranty on it cause i bought it off ebay

They still make IE 3.0s and they will give it to you usually without asking for warrenty. It's weird. Worked for me last time.

I just went through their warranty.

#6 they still make them, i dont know where you've been. and when it gets all weird and slow i just press it down hard and scroll while pressing it down.

I just bought an ie 3.0 for 30$ at futureshop

i was wondering the same thing abuot the mouse wheel trying to not use it much so it doesnt start happening

im gonna take a wild guess and say the mouse wont do so good underwater

use nanobots

to open the mouse you have to tear off its feet to get to the screws, as well as break the seal (nulling your warranty).

so all in all, either go through microsoft, buy a new mouse, or keep using your dirty one.
