mouse HZ patcher

does anybody know how to update on service pack 3 the usb hz of you'r mouse?
i get this problem

could not find a valid sequence!
Please use Windows' original "usbport.sys"!

why even change that?... I have the new mx518 w/ 1800 dpi there seems like theres no need for it

Well, I tried this the other day. I found no way, so I just decided to uninstall SP3, and go back to SP2. Then I changed it with usbmsr11 or whatever.
