de_nuke is the map refered to. replace heaven with rafters, ladder, crows nest, w/e you call it. As for finding the movie, sorry bud, you'll have to do that yourself. If you do, post up the page link or the movie name, cuz this awp shot sounds like something worth looking at.

Side note: I'm 99% sure it later emerged that shot was faked and they just filmed someone firing the noscope while dropping off and blended the video with another video of someone being killed on top of the hut.
