i agree with it not being original, i forget the name of that one map CAL used for preseason, but this looks almost exactly like it. not a big fan of it, but you guys might like it :\
What a jackass, I want to strangle ESEA for putting this garbage on display. They act as if its GOOD, I also want to give the creator a message. So I can diminish his pride.
it kinda blows, you should check out #tdmaps he made some that no one used for anything, de_hydro and de_faction and de_stern, 3 amazing maps no one knows about.

You guys are idiots... why do so many people hate change? It's a good map, and visually I think it's pretty good too. Try pugging it... it's really fun and has a lot of great little things about it. Stop knocking it so soon just because ESEA put it out.. apparently they worked on it pretty hard and put a good deal of play testing with top teams into it. It's something different then the dull landscape we have now (Inferno, Dust2, Train, Nuke, sometimes mill. Don't even say the cevo maps.. tuscan is a terrible remake of Mill and Forge is just too awful for words. Russka is the only good one, I actually like Russka and think it deserves to be put into the professional rotation.
This isn't the final version of the map anyway - they did a private testing now they're doing a public one by putting it on their pug servers. Chill people... try and accept change for what it is, "better-ing" the community.
#42 how professional players helped them to create the map, and the final result have the same problems of some old 'good new map' attempts. I mean, its too dark in some places, theres just TOO MUCH boxes and other objects (one of the biggest errors of old cpl maps). this map need to be clearer/lighter/smaller
yeah i'd say we don't need this map in competition as it is. It felt kind of like an f'd up d2/inferno as people said. Also, what's with the fake rooms?
If the community is going to add another map into the rotation, it should have a unique identity. Even though the 4 main maps get boring at times, there is something special about each map that separates it from the others, whether it be the strategies used, or a feature that is different. This next map should also have something unique that separates it from the pack.
When I think of de_train, I think of well...trains. When I think of de_nuke, I think of rafters, or vents sometimes. When I think of de_inferno, I think of banana, or how the Ts will try and sell some fakes. When I think of de_dust2, I think of....oh great, d2 again? When I think of de_lite, I think that there will be nothing to remember

It's special because it's a hybrid of two of the best competitive maps, yet it has a unique feel to it. The random fake rooms need to be removed sure, but remember it's still only beta!!

they should really just re-make de_season from source. it was a pretty good map but there could be a few changes made to it to make it a better map.
this de_lite map seems alright. i'm waiting to play it in a pug or something
Pretty much just fixed 90% of what is going to suck about the map in 10 mins using MSPaint
i just didnt like that alley/back hall connecting the bombsites DIRECTLY
If they changes it as #12 and put some light on the halls.. should be very good

CON's - Colors are dull, makes it look depressing. Let the sun come out. Can't boost up into some of the windows. Door is silent, doesn't squeak open.
Overall - Good map for ESEA Season 4.
