Whats the difference between 1.1 and 3.0? i feel 1.1 even more better......then why the hell they brought 3.0 into this world? and completely stopped 1.1? :\

anybody who bashes microsoft mice for being "outdated" or whatever is 100% basing their opinion on specs/dpi/what they heard (deefop). if you would actually use the mouse for an extended amount of time, switch to a laser, then back to a ms mouse, you would see why they are so good and why everyone loves them. comfort, tracking, weight...the only thing they may not cover for everyone is the texture of the grip, but they have modded ones everywhere that eliminate that problem.
Precision Booster lets you set a button to switch between 10 and 90 percent of the speed. You can also set this button to press-and-hold or to toggle the Precision Booster on and off when you want to switch your sensitivity. It's a cool feature, but we don't like that you have to lose one of the five buttons in order to enable it
and my question is:
I suppose that I need driver to switch and set this feature on some button ?

Precision booste is not some advantage of intelli 3.o mouse but feature od microsoft intellipoint software. Its a pure marketing trick of microsoft. When you install microsoft intelli point, you can set precision booster feature on eny mouse and it will work. I've just tryed with some stupid HP basic mouse and it works. So it is not feature or advantage of mouse. :S
