what do you guys know/thing about cl_lw 0 and cl_lc 0?

cl_lw - this setting determines how weapons fire is controlled. For example if the value you're using is "1" and you fire, the animation and the sound of the firing weapon will are displayed client-sided so you'll see them right after you press the fire button. But if you have big amount of ping the actual shot will be delayed and you'll see that your weapon is firing but the bullet won't hit the target immediately. This thing happens quite often to me in internet servers. I aim at a player's body (awp usually) i fire, the animation and the sound are displayed but he kills me. However it's recommended to use "1" in internet servers because otherwise it will be quite annoying for you. If you set this client cvar to "0" the animation and the sound will be displayed after the server registries the hit-event (when you hit the player) and then it will display them to the client. That's why it's more appropriate to use it in LAN games because the ping is much much lower.
cl_lc means lag compensation. I won't explain what it does. I'll just tell you that the best combination of these settings is cl_lw 1 and cl_lc 1 (Internet) or cl_lw 0 and cl_lc 0 (for LAN) because otherwise they'll mess up and your game (shoot, recoil control etc.) will become really strange :D
