Please write setup command rate cl_cmdrate cl_updaterate that there was no loss & choke .. My Internet: 2mbit / s - member rate; 512kbit / s - outgoing rate
and download speed really meant much for gaming, ever? doesn't matter if you have 1GB down stream or 1mb, if you have the same ping and same upload there will be no difference.
