reformat halp

My cs is like really lag spiking and my mouse is lagging and skipping sense my reformat and i do have drivers installed. I think my mouse locks and skips because of fps drop and choke im not sure though. It was like this before reformat.

OS is operating system, let me know ur OS(what kind of windows) and what GFX card do you have

I run windows XP home and have a radeon x1650 pro. But i just reformatted and it wasnt like this before reformat.

and you reinstalled your graphics card drivers correct?

I believe so.

well it really does sound like graphic drivers, after you reformat you have to manually get your drivers again

well i have to go brb couple hours ill reinstall and do i uninstall old ones? inbox me

i dont think it is drivers issue. if it is it has to be my settings ive unistalled my drivers like 3 times and reinstalled and it hasnt worked.

My fps just drops and my choke goes way up. it feels like my screen & mouse lock everyonce in a while and i cant move my screen or it like skips.

1. go to google.com
2. type in a description of your problem.
3. look through the results.
4. fix problem.

the point is, posting your problem here is a last resort if you can't find someone else on the internet who had and fixed the same problem already.
