Warning Cl_flushindentity...

Hello, i have a serious problem, i'm used to play cs on seven for months now but i installed xp for another programs that didn't work with seven but cs lag on xp and i don't know why. (warning cl_flushidentity packet....)
I don't have this on seven, never. So it's not a problem from my router, or from my line, but it's from OS XP. Any idea?
I have desactivated firewalls, nothing installed for now, just cs, msn, winamp,...

make sure your cfg file is correct? rates and all that stuff are important, other than that i dont know i've never heard of this problem before

yea i put the same cfg i have on seven, rate 25000, updatarate and cmdrate 101.
It's like every 50-60s, i got lag for 1s, my ping goes to 1000. It's not even 1s but it's really annoying when you are playing.

Can be one of the following reasons,.
- Slow internet connections
- CS not properly configured
- Server problems
- ISP (Internet Service Provider) problems

Had the same issue about 6 months ago, and it was internet issues.

I have that problem + fps problems (they come at same time) at random times for no apparent reason =/.

Fast computer + fast internet - vista = Jumbled results =/

thanks for your answers but it's certainly not a connection problem, i play in good connection on seven, and it's with the same connection. Never has a problem on seven.
Cs not properly configured, can you explain this a little bit?
I have copied my config.cfg from seven, so it's the same config:
rate 25000
cl_updatarate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_rate 20000
It's happening on every server and my ISP as i said is correct, never has a problem on seven.
Need help, does anyone have any idea?

i'm just adding that's a connection problem, i have 100fps.

I've had this problem before, it was annoying but suddenly it just went away... and yes it was my internet connection
