I think it is a start but it isnt going to do it. Maybe he can help patch up their team work which has looked shot as of recent, but hands down 3D still has the edge on skill.
i dont think exodus brought col down much..or at all. althoguh i believe sunman may help them do a little better....meth/shag are still greater and 3d will still be > col. meth/shag havin my babies
they had such great team work with exodus, bringing back sunman will make them look better at first but when it comes down to a major LAN 3D will take it.
They were at their best when they sent sunman packing. They will not be able to regain that edge any time soon. They may have lost the momentum they needed to stay at the top. I think 3D > coL for at least a while to come. coL is off by a long shot if they think they will just be able to pick up where they left off.
well sunman is playing tonight for CEVO i think but it is online soo we will have to wait and see till CPL winter which is soooooooooo far away :( any chance of 3d or coL going to CPL Chile???
#23 being a strat caller takes away some of your in game skill, tr1p can pull off crazy **** when he isn't so worried about strats. I know when I call strats I never perform to my true potential simply because I am focused on my team mates and working with the strats. His 3v1 Mousesports clutch at Summer CPL was amazing in OT! I think the matches between 3D and coL are going to get a lot more interesting.
replacing sunman with exodus was like spawn replacing element. they both failed, except that coL learned that chemistry > overall skill of a player. Element + old sk.swe had a dominating effect rather than spawn (amazing aimer, possibly best in the world by many) and them as it showed in the organization's placings at tourneys after element's departure.
#27 I know but before I saw tr1p hitting more numbers (yes I rememebr that clutch in OT against mouz, coL was so happy!) but I'm talking about now, but it doesn't matter. The fact is, no one in coL was replaceable except exodus.

Even with Sunman I don't think any player can match up to what Method brings to 3D. Time and time again Method has shown that he is as much as an impact player as Ksharp was back before their move to 3D. There is no player playing CS right now that can match up to Method.
Then we can talk about Shaguar. He's a very amazing player. Just match up the players on 3D to coL's.
Method > Storm These are both very amazing players and bring a huge impact to their respective teams. But juding from the performance of both of these players in the past few months leads me to this decision.
Ksharp / Shaguar > fRoD Sorry folks.. both of these awpers are just a little more talented than fRoD. fRoD is a great online player but lately has not shown that same fire on lan. He did well at digital life but other than that his results are mixed and flip flopped. He is still a great player but often doesn't perform up to par on lan where it counts.
Rambo = Tr!p Up till a little while ago I would have said that Tr!p was better than Rambo in the area of strats but that has changed a little. Before 3D dropped bootman and Cbz and picked up Method and Shag compLexity was known for their amazing teamwork and it won rounds and games. However, I think recently with the addition of exodus they have suffered from a lack of ingenuity. Rambo has also shown lately that with the support from Method and Shag that they can completely dominate the T side of previously thought to be CT sided maps.
Volcano > Sunman A while ago I would have said that they were equal in impact and consistency. They both bring a strong backbone to their teams and are consistent and bring the frags when they count, but, Sunman hasn't been playing so this choice is obvious. Give it a while and I might renig this statement and make them = or reverse but as for right now you can't deny Volcano is better.
Dominator = Warden What can I say bout these two.. both impact players, both don't get alot of credit, and both are consistent.
You can flame me if you want but this is how I see it. This seems right seeing as how 3D has beaten coL 10 of their last 12 matches.

really dumb to cut exodus, I mean coL cant make decisions like this just cause they have been losing to 1 team, they havent played in an international event with exodus so they dont know for sure whether it was because coL got worse or just 3D was brought to a totally different level
coL plays to be the #1 in the world, and when there not #1 in the world there going to take action, and if that means bringing back sunman, they are gonna do what they think is best..
I can't really say I've watched coL play a lot of matches recently with exodus so maybe I'm totally off here but I'll give it a try anyway. I don't think it's all about skill. It certainly is important but not to 100%. Maybe coL (with Sunman) had different tactics, better chemistry (quite obvious considering jason lakes interview), better spirit, I don't know but something clearly was different with Sunman on the roster. Maybe Sunman brings out the very best in the other players and perhaps that's all that matters. They have the individual skill for sure but perhaps the chemistry is what makes a team greater than others. Sunman may bring that back if it was missing. Time will tell.
Only reason I see people saying "give Warden the boot" or don't say positive about him is because of his physical appearance, and these "immature kids" think that's cool. Warden is amazing. But remember, coL lost some chemistry with exodus, but with sunman they had a lot of chemistry. And remember, teamwork/chemistry can usual pull the wins.
I'm saying Team 3D vs the new coL with practice would put up a great show. Also, Method is better than Storm, so what, Storm is still one of the best out there. Anything could happen right now, yes Team 3D is probably more skilled, but it's not all about skill. Expect a show from coL at CPL, placing at least top 3. Personally I think 3D, coL, begrip, and mouz will be top 4, but coL will be somewhere in the top 2.

nothing will change, nothing changed with coL, 3D just got tons better by picking up 2 huge skill players.
With the new addition of method and shag, I dont think any team can really beat them...
