After a whole bunch of messing around both matches finally got played but neither lived up to the hype. u5 made quick work of TSG sweeping them while Rival put the hurt on Forsaken in a decisive match. Neither winner had much trouble leading the entire way and will now meet in the finals this coming Wednesday.

Rival's victory came in the first half as they jumped out to an early 8-1 lead. Giving up only the 3rd round, they manage to exploit Forsaken's defense finally pushing the score to 10-2. Finally, Forsaken got on track rallying to take the last three rounds for a slim chance in the second half. Destructo was the key for Rival in the first half leading everyone in frags by a considerable margin with a 17/10 score. To open the second half Forsaken started well winning the pistol round and picking up a save but Rival quickly put an end to their run. Buying 3rd round, Destructo picked up three frags while Masternook added the other two for the early win. From there on out it was all Rival as they grab the next six rounds to clinch the victory.

A lot of server issues were blamed but a solid defense by u5 seemed like the main reason for the blowout. Dodd, tr1p, led the way with 20 frags in the first half while fRoD and moses both added 18 frags as well. TSG never seem to get on track and became upset over server spikes during the half. Storm and Volcano seem to have solid rounds but no one could seem to string anything together. The second half saw a quick end as u5 picked off three TSG in the main site putting an end to any hope of a miracle comeback.
