Gotfrag eSports and MFA Video Productions (MFAVP) announced today that they will be providing daily video coverage of the Cyberathlete Extreme World Championships event starting July 28th. MFAVP has long been a staple at CPL events, producing high-quality video content from on location. Gotfrag, the world�s largest eSports and professional gaming news resource will be working with MFAVP to expand the regularly produced video, in addition to Gotfrag�s own news, scores and analytical coverage.

The CPL summer event will bring the world's greatest professional computer gamers together to compete in 5 tournaments for a total payout of $275,000. #3, no - the videos will be available to the public. Anyone who wants them will get them, though there will be a download cap (like demos). Prime users will be able to download them quicker (with dedicated uncapped bandwidth), or stream them immediately.

i personally thought the gf layout of the coverage of everlan sucked :/

ill be disappointed if mfavp's vids' links are not listed each day on the gotfrag main page... i dont want to click like 5-10 times to navigate the site to find these vids.

old school gf was much better at getting the relevant info on the main page (such as brackets, match scores, match times, and daily vids)

i guess #7 does have a point tho ;)

#34, The CPL did not "drop" us. They never owned us, hired us, or paid us (although we were considered the official online video outlet since NetFire hosted the videos). They have been giving us great access to their events so we've just been filming their events. This is why some people think we are in some way affiliated with the CPL. We have never got a dime from them.

#46, yes Scott was a great host, but so was Warwitch. I'll admit that Scott came off a bit "bubblier" than Warwitch, but Warwitch was not "monotone". He has a great voice.
